1. What is The Glow Movement?

The Glow Movement is a wellness brand and community designed to help women reconnect with their strength through Pilates, light strength training, and good vibes. We offer live classes, pop-up events, and (coming soon!) an online platform for on-the-go workouts.

2. Who are your classes for?

Our classes are created for women—whether you’re just starting your movement journey, getting back into a routine, or looking for a supportive space to grow strong, confident, and connected.

3. Do I need Pilates experience to join?

Not at all! Our classes are beginner-friendly and adaptable for all levels. Whether it’s your first class or your 50th, you’ll feel welcome, challenged, and supported.

4. Where are the classes held?

We currently teach live weekly classes at 24 Hour Fitness in Chino Hills, CA, and host special pop-up events throughout SoCal. Sign up for our email list or follow on Instagram to stay updated!

5. How can I join the May 18 Pop-Up?

Head to our Events or Home page and RSVP! Spots are limited and fill up fast, so we recommend signing up early. Bring a mat, water, and your best energy—we’ll handle the vibe.

6. What’s coming next?

We’re building something big! Soon, you’ll be able to join our digital Pilates + strength training program from anywhere. We’re also working on releasing wellness products and planning destination retreats—stay tuned!
